Privacy Policy - CalmView

1. What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address. When you use CalmView, we store the tasks, cards, and notes you create. If you connect Gmail, we access your email metadata and content solely to display threads inside CalmView and to convert emails into scheduled items.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, to communicate with you about your account and the product, and to improve the experience. We do not sell your data. We do not use your Gmail data to train machine learning models.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Gmail permissions

CalmView uses the Gmail API to read your email threads when you explicitly interact with them inside the extension. We request only the permissions necessary to deliver core functionality. We comply with Google's Limited Use policy for API data.

5. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google account settings.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
