By using CalmView, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including early access participants.

2. Early access

CalmView is currently in early access. The service may change significantly based on feedback and development. We make no guarantees about feature availability, uptime, or data retention during this period, though we take data integrity very seriously.

3. Acceptable use

CalmView is a personal clarity tool. You may use it for personal and professional scheduling. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create in CalmView. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content for the purposes of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your tasks or notes.

5. Termination

You can stop using CalmView at any time and request account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

CalmView is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of data or productivity during the early access period, though we take safeguarding your data seriously.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
